I got this cell phone for my birthday and I find it easy to use, it has a great keyboard (I don’t like touch-screens) and it’s easy to operate. The screen is really bright but it does freeze occasionally. I just turn it off when that happens but it gets annoying. I’ve dropped it a couple of times and it’s pretty hardy so that’s good. It froze before that though so that wasn’t my fault!!!
